5 week Nordic Walking Beginners course
in Silverdale/Orewa, North Shore and Auckland, starting May 2010 in Silverdale (subject to minimum attendance)
In this course you receive a thorough grounding in the Nordic Walking technique. As we keep the groups small, you get maximum benefit and individual feedback from the instructor. The fee includes the pole hire for the sessions.

8 week Get-Ready-Orewa-2011 course
leading up to the event, starting early 2011
In this course you learn and perfect your Nordic Walking technique. Training plans and the use of heart rate monitors will support you achieve your goal, whether that be 5km, 10.5km or the half marathon. Individual feedback from the instructor will help you train effectively for the upcoming walking challenge. The fee includes the pole hire for the sessions.
