Pole position

Walking with specially designed poles may look peculiar, but give Nordic Walking a try, and you will swear its one of the best activities you have ever done.

Our clients love Nordic Walking, because it:

  • Improves coordination and balance
  • Has a positive impact on blood pressure, cholesterol and body fat
  • Improves aerobic fitness more effectively
  • burns more calories than just walking

We are registered with REPs, the New Zealand registration system that sets recognized and high standards for exercise professionals.

As our client you can easily verify that our instructors give related advise on the highest level. For schedules click here.
